Start your ride early to beat the heat. Before 7AM, you'll enjoy a low UV index and overall cooler temperatures.
Keep it slow. You'll probably feel like you're giving more effort for slower averages in the heat of the day, but you're still getting in a good workout and getting acclimated to the heat.
Wear the right gear. Make sure that heat can escape your helmet and wear lightweight, breathable materials.
Have water to drink and pour over yourself. Cool water can lower your body temperature.
